Terms & Conditions for 33eg

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 33eg ("33eg", "the Company", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of the 33eg online betting and gaming platform available at https://33eg.io ("the Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

All funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source, net of any withdrawals already processed, and all winnings will be voided.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

2.3 Personal Capacity

You further warrant that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, that you are not registered as a self-excluded player on any responsible gambling register, and that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Employees of 33eg, its affiliated companies, and any of its official service providers are not permitted to hold player accounts on the Platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access betting and gaming services on 33eg, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change. 33eg reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 33eg Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same email address, same payment method, same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where 33eg identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets, and confiscate any balances held across those accounts.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 33eg may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

33eg supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 4.2 Deposit Terms

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at 33eg are eligible for a 200% match bonus on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000 in bonus funds. The minimum qualifying deposit to activate the welcome bonus is ৳500. This offer is available to new registrants only and cannot be claimed more than once per person, household, IP address, or payment method. 33eg reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your 33eg account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount. For example, if you receive ৳10,000 in bonus funds, you must place qualifying bets totalling ৳300,000 before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited to your account will be automatically forfeited. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

A bet is not confirmed until you have received a bet confirmation reference number from the 33eg Platform. Bets placed after an event has started may be void at 33eg's discretion. All bets are subject to the maximum and minimum stake limits displayed at the time of placement. 33eg reserves the right to limit the stake size on any bet or market without prior notice.

6.2 Errors & Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault, software error, or data feed error that results in an incorrect price being displayed or an incorrect bet being accepted, 33eg reserves the right to void the affected bet or bets and return the stake to the player's account. 33eg's decision on such matters is final. No compensation will be payable for losses incurred as a result of a player relying on an erroneous price or outcome displayed due to a technical error.

6.3 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, event abandonment, market suspension due to significant news, palpable error in pricing, and evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to your account balance in full.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33eg Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all pending and settled bets, and forfeiture of balances:

33eg's total liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of the bet stake directly involved in the claim. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
